Who we are

Fire Moving LLC is a moving company in Massachusetts. If you have a question about your information, call or text (781) 815-8016 or email FireMovingLLC@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you ask for a quote, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone, email, the addresses, move date, home size, your inventory list, any notes and how you heard about us.

We also record a few things about the visit itself so we know which ads and pages work: the page you landed on, the site that sent you, and campaign tags like utm_source or gclid if they were in the link. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security.

How we use it

Only to run your move: to contact you, prepare and send your estimate, schedule the job, and send documents and receipts. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their marketing.

We use a few service providers to do this: Netlify hosts the website and stores quote requests, Google handles our email, and our phone and texting provider delivers calls and texts. They only get what they need to provide that service.

Text messages

When you send a quote request with your phone number, you agree that Fire Moving may call or text you about that move: confirming details, your estimate, scheduling and the job itself. These are not marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Cookies and browser storage

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't run third-party analytics on this site.

The quote form saves your unfinished request in your own browser (local storage) so you don't lose it if you close the page. It stays on your device and is cleared when you send the form or tap Start over. We also keep the landing page and campaign tags in session storage until you close the tab.

Two parts of the site come from Google: our fonts (Google Fonts) and the service area map (Google Maps). When they load, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and job records are kept as long as we need them to serve you and to meet tax and legal requirements. Ask us and we'll delete a quote request that didn't turn into a job.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we have about you. Call, text or email us and we'll take care of it.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS. Quote requests are stored with our hosting provider and only the owners of Fire Moving can see them.

Children

This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
